Then....breastfeeding... I was told that I'd lose So much weight breast feeding and I did! The first week postpartum I weighed less than I did before getting pregnant. I was so excited that I started to work out and diet.
HUGE mistake. I gained 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Mind you that I was not cheating! No sugar, no refined carbs, just protein, fruits and vegetables. Now 8 months later I am 18 lbs heavier than my pre pregnancy weight.
My saddest confession is that I still wear my maternity jeans! I was so desperate to lose weight that I contemplated getting pregnant again to shed those lbs.
