Hello friends! Ok, so I know I haven't posted in a while, so I'll catch you up on how my life is going... In one short word "Awesome!" So I have lost 20 lbs since I started in mid July. It is amazing to see muscles starting to form on my calves, arms, chest, etc. I love it! I honestly do have more energy than I expected and I have been able to deal with stress...so a couple weeks ago while we were at church a tree fell on our brand new car! We bought it in the end of June, so it was a very sad thing. If that happened to me this time last year I would have been crying and having a panic attack! Instead I went outside, watched the men lift the tree off my car and shrugged it off. Thank heavens our insurance covered the damages. Moral of the story, ionix supreme really is helping me cope with stress! I am so much more lax. So here is a more recent picture of me. What a change!
