I am super excited to post my most recent "after" picture. So lately I have been encorporating weight training into my workouts. I am continuing to drop inches, but weight loss has slowed a little as I have been gaining muscle. That's totally fine with me! So I have lost 25 lbs so far. Tell me what you think! So I have been doing body pump and tried crossfit for the first time. It kicked me butt! Do any of you know which is better for dropping inches? I have the nutrition down, but am still learning about what workouts are best. Any input is appreciated!
